Parking & Safety
Parking
Parking by Owners is limited to the Unit’s garage or driveway. Vehicles should not protrude beyond the driveway, nor should any vehicle be parked in any area that might interfere with the easy and safe passage (ingress and egress) by other Owners into or out of their driveway. The community parking lot areas are to be used solely for owner (non-commercial) guests, visitors, or invitees. See the Rules and Regulations for more details regarding Vehicles & Parking.
Community Street Safety
With respect to safety, Declaration Section 2.6 (Off Street Parking) notes that Flat Stone Court and the portion of Canyon Creek Trail (CCT) from Stonebridge Drive and the intersection where CCT turns north are designated as “fire lanes” and are not to be used for parking by anyone…residents or their guests. Given the somewhat narrow width of our private streets, it is recommended that street parking be avoided throughout the community.
Detention Pond Safety
The above ground detention ponds should not be entered by any community member. The hillsides are very steep and the floor of the ponds are not meant to be walked on. The only authorized persons permitted to enter the ponds are the Landscape crew and the Inspector.
