Stonebridge Commons is a patio-home condominium community located in Gibsonia, PA (Hampton Township) in northern Allegheny County conveniently located between Route 8 and North Park with easy access to the Pennsylvania turnpike, downtown Pittsburgh, Hampton Township Community Center, Hartwood Acres and local shopping, restaurant and cultural/recreational facilities. Hampton Township school district offers a highly rated academic curriculum and abundant athletic, social and student development opportunities.

 

The community consists of 45 patio homes (2 duplex, 4 quads and 25 stand-alone) built between 2008 and 2017 ranging in size from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet.  Home construction is stone and siding and the interior features a first-floor master bedroom, office/den and laundry room with second floor bedrooms, some units with lofts. Monthly dues are $273.00 which covers annual Operating Expenses (landscaping, snow removal, community insurance and Association administrative services) as well as a designated Reserve account contribution.
